SENATE BILL NO. 137 "An Act extending the termination date of                                                                   
the Board of Parole; and providing for an effective date" which had                                                             
been moved to the bottom of the calendar, was read the second time.                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                   
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
